Since 1997, he has led multidisciplinary design teams on major transportation infrastructure projects and has been integral to some of the UK’s most prestigious and time-sensitive aviation schemes. His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Christian specialises in sectors including aviation, education, healthcare, and residential, with a focus on delivering complex airport projects.

He began working as an architect in the UK industry in 2014 and has since contributed to both UK and international airport schemes. Christian’s technical expertise and coordination skills have been instrumental in managing complex design teams. Outside of architecture, he is passionate about music and art, actively engaging in painting and playing music.

Justyna specialises in architecture and interior design for complex, large-scale museum and leisure projects, including theming.

She entered the industry in 2006 and has a strong technical background, running projects from concept to completion. Before moving to the UAE, Justyna worked for renowned practices in Germany and the UK. Passionate about BIM, she excels in coordinating with creative consultants and exhibition designers, while being a motivating and decisive team leader.

Michael has extensive experience in delivering major projects across various sectors in Ireland, the UK, and abroad.

While leading our offices in Dublin and Limerick since 2005, he is recognised for his problem-solving skills and his ability to manage multidisciplinary teams through complex logistical challenges. Michael fosters strong client relationships and collaborative environments, consistently delivering projects to budget and schedule.

Manuel is an experienced architectural leader known for his success in large-scale projects.

Since 2012, he has worked in several sectors, such as rail, custodial, and workplace. However, since joining our firm in 2017, he has specialised in aviation, bringing creativity and technical expertise to all project stages, particularly during early design. Manuel’s leadership ensures seamless delivery of complex projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Jorge specialises in delivering large-scale, complex projects across transport, commercial, and public sectors.

Since entering the industry in 2005, he has developed strong leadership and organisational skills, managing projects from design to completion. Jorge excels in coordinating stakeholders, ensuring quality control, and meeting client expectations. Passionate about mentoring, he supports the growth of junior team members while driving successful project outcomes.

Deborah, a key member of Pascall + Watson since 2006, has extensive experience across aviation, education, rail, and culture.

She played a crucial role in delivering the international airport in Larnaka, Cyprus, and has a strong background in commercial and residential sectors from her time in Dublin. Known for her ability to navigate complex project requirements, Deborah excels in collaborative team environments, especially in the final stages of construction.

Tom specialises in managing large architectural and multidisciplinary teams on complex aviation projects, with a focus on client relationships and design coordination.

Since starting in the industry in 2000, Tom has developed strong project management, design, and technical skills, particularly in airport terminal design. His extensive international experience, combined with a deep understanding of construction principles and industry regulations, makes him a key figure in delivering successful aviation projects.

Simon began practising in the industry in 1996, bringing years of experience leading large-scale, complex residential developments for top UK developers.

He joined in 2019 and has since become an associate, specialising in project management, strategic concept development, and the detailed implementation of complex projects. His passion for aviation drives his work, making him a key contributor to the team.
