A Chartered Architect, he entered the industry in 1987 and focuses on buildability and attention to detail from the outset. With over three decades of experience, Martin has successfully delivered complex projects and is a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy Reserve.

Deborah, a key member of Pascall + Watson since 2006, has extensive experience across aviation, education, rail, and culture.

She played a crucial role in delivering the international airport in Larnaka, Cyprus, and has a strong background in commercial and residential sectors from her time in Dublin. With a MArch in Housing & Urbanism from The Architectural Association, she has applied her thorough approach to all stages of a project, from feasibility to construction.

Christian specialises in sectors including aviation, education, healthcare, and residential, with a focus on delivering complex airport projects.

He began working as an architect in the UK industry in 2014 and has since contributed to both UK and international airport schemes. Christian’s technical expertise and coordination skills have been instrumental in managing complex design teams. Outside of architecture, he is passionate about music and art, actively engaging in painting and playing music.
