Since 1997, he has led multidisciplinary design teams on major transportation infrastructure projects and has been integral to some of the UK’s most prestigious and time-sensitive aviation schemes. His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Samantha has extensive experience in the education sector, leading complex refurbishments, new builds, spatial reviews and masterplanning.

Since joining Pascall+Watson in 2013, she has excelled in driving value and innovation into projects, helping clients decarbonise their estates. Sam integrates wellness techniques into her projects, strongly focusing on student health and well-being, and creating environments conducive to learning and growth.

Diana is a Brazilian-Spanish architect, with an extensive portfolio of international work focusing on transportation projects of varying scales.
 
Since 2008, Diana has built strong client relationships and is known for her communication and teamwork skills, contributing to successful project outcomes. With a MArch in Housing & Urbanism from The Architectural Association, she has applied her thorough approach to all stages of a project, from feasibility to construction.

Jorge specialises in delivering large-scale, complex projects across transport, commercial, and public sectors.

Since entering the industry in 2005, he has developed strong leadership and organisational skills, managing projects from design to completion. Jorge excels in coordinating stakeholders, ensuring quality control, and meeting client expectations. Passionate about mentoring, he supports the growth of junior team members while driving successful project outcomes.

Paul specialises in the healthcare and rail sectors, bringing a strong focus on design quality and client needs.

Since joining Pascall + Watson in 2010, Paul has effectively led the coordination of complex projects, ensuring seamless delivery. His commitment to understanding and meeting client expectations, combined with his leadership skills, has been integral to his success across a wide range of projects.

Manuel is an experienced architectural leader known for his success in large-scale projects.

Since 2012, he has worked in several sectors, such as rail, custodial, and workplace. However, since joining our firm in 2017, he has specialised in aviation, bringing creativity and technical expertise to all project stages, particularly during early design. Manuel’s leadership ensures seamless delivery of complex projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Christian specialises in sectors including aviation, education, healthcare, and residential, with a focus on delivering complex airport projects.

He began working as an architect in the UK industry in 2014 and has since contributed to both UK and international airport schemes. Christian’s technical expertise and coordination skills have been instrumental in managing complex design teams. Outside of architecture, he is passionate about music and art, actively engaging in painting and playing music.

Martin specialises in technical delivery and has managed design teams on large-scale buildings, including high-rise, government, defence, offices, hospitals, and transport facilities in the UK and internationally.

A Chartered Architect, he entered the industry in 1987 and focuses on buildability and attention to detail from the outset. With over three decades of experience, Martin has successfully delivered complex projects and is a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy Reserve.

Sean brings extensive experience in high-profile aviation projects to Pascall + Watson.

Since joining in 2001, he has demonstrated his skills in leading multidisciplinary teams through complex designs and developments, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and communication. Sean is an enthusiastic team player who excels in delivering projects that meet both client and regulatory requirements.
