Sean is an enthusiastic team player who excels in delivering projects that meet both client and regulatory requirements.

Joining the industry in 2001, Harshada is an experienced designer with a diverse portfolio spanning various sectors and countries.

With a strong belief in delivering projects through a collaborative approach, Harshada specialises in operational design within aviation. Trained in both Architecture and Urban Planning, she has a deep appreciation for design quality and its impact on the surrounding environment, ensuring every project is sympathetic to its context.

Manuel is an experienced architectural leader known for his success in large-scale projects.

Since 2012, he has worked in several sectors, such as rail, custodial, and workplace. However, since joining our firm in 2017, he has specialised in aviation, bringing creativity and technical expertise to all project stages, particularly during early design. Manuel’s leadership ensures seamless delivery of complex projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Jarrod has worked on aviation, education, commercial, civic, science, and healthcare projects both in the UK and internationally. His strengths include design, project management, dispute resolution, and contract administration.

He excels at leading teams on complex projects, delivering outstanding design outcomes while managing every aspect of the project lifecycle. Having entered the architecture industry in 2010, Jarrod brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every project he undertakes.

Samantha has extensive experience in the education sector, leading complex refurbishments, new builds, spatial reviews and masterplanning.

Sam integrates wellness techniques into her projects, strongly focusing on student health and well-being, and creating environments conducive to learning and growth.

Since starting in the industry in 2000, Tom has developed strong project management, design, and technical skills, particularly in airport terminal design.
