He is a highly skilled architect, interior designer, and project manager, with expertise in CDM and Health + Safety, which has been valued since joining in 2005. Elisabetta entered the architecture industry in 1998 as an architectural librarian and bid assistant, later transitioning into design after graduating in 2007.

Elisabetta’s career shift from broadcasting to architecture has enriched her multidisciplinary approach, bringing a unique blend of creativity and technical knowledge to her projects.

As the Chair of the British Aviation Group, Matthew is an expert in airport masterplanning and the design of terminal buildings.

Since 1997, he has led multidisciplinary design teams on major transportation infrastructure projects and has been integral to some of the UK’s most prestigious and time-sensitive aviation schemes. His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Martin specialises in technical delivery and has managed design teams on large-scale buildings, including high-rise, government, defence, offices, hospitals, and transport facilities in the UK and internationally.

A Chartered Architect, he entered the industry in 1987 and focuses on buildability and attention to detail from the outset. With over three decades of experience, Martin has successfully delivered complex projects and is a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy Reserve.
