Since 2012, he has worked in several sectors, such as rail, custodial, and workplace. However, since joining our firm in 2017, he has specialised in aviation, bringing creativity and technical expertise to all project stages, particularly during early design. Manuel’s leadership ensures seamless delivery of complex projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Christian specialises in sectors including aviation, education, healthcare, and residential, with a focus on delivering complex airport projects.

He began working as an architect in the UK industry in 2014 and has since contributed to both UK and international airport schemes. Christian’s technical expertise and coordination skills have been instrumental in managing complex design teams. Outside of architecture, he is passionate about music and art, actively engaging in painting and playing music.

Joining the industry in 2001, Harshada is an experienced designer with a diverse portfolio spanning various sectors and countries.

With a strong belief in delivering projects through a collaborative approach, Harshada specialises in operational design within aviation. Trained in both Architecture and Urban Planning, she has a deep appreciation for design quality and its impact on the surrounding environment, ensuring every project is sympathetic to its context.

Martin specialises in technical delivery and has managed design teams on large-scale buildings, including high-rise, government, defence, offices, hospitals, and transport facilities in the UK and internationally.

A Chartered Architect, he entered the industry in 1987 and focuses on buildability and attention to detail from the outset. With over three decades of experience, Martin has successfully delivered complex projects and is a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy Reserve.

Barry brings a wealth of experience across sectors including education, healthcare, industrial, and workplace. Since qualifying as an architect in 1998, his MSc in Urban Regeneration and Development further equips him to offer strategic, evidence-based advice, adding significant value to projects.

Known for his open-minded approach and attention to detail, Barry excels in managing complex processes, encouraging fresh thinking, and achieving positive outcomes, making him a key contributor to our team.

As the Chair of the British Aviation Group, Matthew is an expert in airport masterplanning and the design of terminal buildings.

Since 1997, he has led multidisciplinary design teams on major transportation infrastructure projects and has been integral to some of the UK’s most prestigious and time-sensitive aviation schemes. His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Paul specialises in the healthcare and rail sectors, bringing a strong focus on design quality and client needs.

Since joining Pascall + Watson in 2010, Paul has effectively led the coordination of complex projects, ensuring seamless delivery. His commitment to understanding and meeting client expectations, combined with his leadership skills, has been integral to his success across a wide range of projects.

Justyna specialises in architecture and interior design for complex, large-scale museum and leisure projects, including theming.

She entered the industry in 2006 and has a strong technical background, running projects from concept to completion. Before moving to the UAE, Justyna worked for renowned practices in Germany and the UK. Passionate about BIM, she excels in coordinating with creative consultants and exhibition designers, while being a motivating and decisive team leader.

Julian has accrued extensive experience across the transportation, commercial, hospitality, and cultural sectors since 1993.

He specialises in managing complex projects with multiple interfaces, leveraging his project management expertise to ensure high-quality design and delivery. Julian is actively involved in all design stages, promoting collaboration across client, design, and construction teams.
