Satinder leads multidisciplinary design teams across Education, Science + Research, Workplace, and Commercial sectors in the UK. He excels in stakeholder management, delivering new build, remodelling, and retrofit schemes with a strong focus on sustainability and client needs.

Martin specialises in technical delivery and has managed design teams on large-scale buildings, including high-rise, government, defence, offices, hospitals, and transport facilities in the UK and internationally.

A Chartered Architect, he entered the industry in 1987 and focuses on buildability and attention to detail from the outset. With over three decades of experience, Martin has successfully delivered complex projects and is a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy Reserve.

Diego has worked across multiple sectors, including conservation, private residential, sports, rail, and custodial projects.

He entered the industry in 2007, bringing technical excellence and a thorough approach to understanding project requirements. Diego excels in delivering high-quality designs that exceed client expectations and address environmental considerations. Simon began practising in the industry in 1996, bringing years of experience leading large-scale, complex residential developments for top UK developers.

He joined in 2019 and has since become an associate, specialising in project management, strategic concept development, and the detailed implementation of complex projects. His passion for aviation drives his work, making him a key contributor to the team.

He is a highly skilled architect, interior designer, and project manager, with expertise in CDM and Health + Safety, which has been valued since joining in 2005. Trained in both Architecture and Urban Planning, she has a deep appreciation for design quality and its impact on the surrounding environment, ensuring every project is sympathetic to its context.
