He is a highly skilled architect, interior designer, and project manager, with expertise in CDM and Health + Safety, which has been valued since joining in 2005. Simon began practising in the industry in 1996, bringing years of experience leading large-scale, complex residential developments for top UK developers.

He joined in 2019 and has since become an associate, specialising in project management, strategic concept development, and the detailed implementation of complex projects. His passion for aviation drives his work, making him a key contributor to the team.

Gin-Yee Luu is an experienced architect with international project expertise across aviation, education, residential, and leisure sectors. Skilled in sustainable design, including PassivHaus standards, and proficient in BIM and Revit, she delivers high-quality results across all project stages.
