She entered the industry in 2004 and brings strong design and technical knowledge, along with exceptional team leadership, organisation, and task prioritisation skills. A Chartered Architect, he entered the industry in 1987 and focuses on buildability and attention to detail from the outset. With over three decades of experience, Martin has successfully delivered complex projects and is a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy Reserve.

He is a highly skilled architect, interior designer, and project manager, with expertise in CDM and Health + Safety, which has been valued since joining in 2005.
