His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Christian specialises in sectors including aviation, education, healthcare, and residential, with a focus on delivering complex airport projects.

He began working as an architect in the UK industry in 2014 and has since contributed to both UK and international airport schemes. Christian’s technical expertise and coordination skills have been instrumental in managing complex design teams. Outside of architecture, he is passionate about music and art, actively engaging in painting and playing music.

Justyna specialises in architecture and interior design for complex, large-scale museum and leisure projects, including theming.

She entered the industry in 2006 and has a strong technical background, running projects from concept to completion. Before moving to the UAE, Justyna worked for renowned practices in Germany and the UK. Passionate about BIM, she excels in coordinating with creative consultants and exhibition designers, while being a motivating and decisive team leader.

Eamon has extensive experience in all stages of project design and delivery.

He is a highly skilled architect, interior designer, and project manager, with expertise in CDM and Health + Safety, which has been valued since joining in 2005. Eamon is known for his collaborative approach, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions across commercial and transport sectors.

Jarrod has worked on aviation, education, commercial, civic, science, and healthcare projects both in the UK and internationally. His strengths include design, project management, dispute resolution, and contract administration.

He excels at leading teams on complex projects, delivering outstanding design outcomes while managing every aspect of the project lifecycle. Having entered the architecture industry in 2010, Jarrod brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every project he undertakes.

Diego has worked across multiple sectors, including conservation, private residential, sports, rail, and custodial projects.

He entered the industry in 2007, bringing technical excellence and a thorough approach to understanding project requirements. Diego excels in delivering high-quality designs that exceed client expectations and address environmental considerations. With strong skills in stakeholder collaboration and resource management, he efficiently leads design programmes, making strategic decisions to solve complex challenges.

Serra specialises in the aviation and defence sectors, with experience in airport design, master planning, and managing complex project coordination.

Since 2011, Serra has taken on leadership roles in multidisciplinary coordination, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Her ability to navigate intricate design challenges while fostering client relationships has been key to her success across various sectors. Serra’s Master’s in BioDigital Architecture also reflects her passion for integrating natural systems into design.

Vania specialises in aviation projects, bringing a wealth of experience in large-scale master planning, residential, commercial, and cultural developments.

Since joining in 2021, she has focused on delivering complex aviation schemes and applying her expertise to create efficient and forward-thinking design solutions.

Martin specialises in technical delivery and has managed design teams on large-scale buildings, including high-rise, government, defence, offices, hospitals, and transport facilities in the UK and internationally.

A Chartered Architect, he entered the industry in 1987 and focuses on buildability and attention to detail from the outset. With over three decades of experience, Martin has successfully delivered complex projects and is a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy Reserve.
