Satinder leads multidisciplinary design teams across Education, Science + Research, Workplace, and Commercial sectors in the UK. He excels in stakeholder management, delivering new build, remodelling, and retrofit schemes with a strong focus on sustainability and client needs.

Since 2000, Satinder has combined his project delivery expertise with technical knowledge to ensure high-quality design and successful project outcomes, making him a key figure in driving sustainable and efficient project solutions.

Deborah, a key member of Pascall + Watson since 2006, has extensive experience across aviation, education, rail, and culture.

She played a crucial role in delivering the international airport in Larnaka, Cyprus, and has a strong background in commercial and residential sectors from her time in Dublin. Known for her ability to navigate complex project requirements, Deborah excels in collaborative team environments, especially in the final stages of construction.

Jorge specialises in delivering large-scale, complex projects across transport, commercial, and public sectors.

Since entering the industry in 2005, he has developed strong leadership and organisational skills, managing projects from design to completion. Since 2012, he has worked in several sectors, such as rail, custodial, and workplace. However, since joining our firm in 2017, he has specialised in aviation, bringing creativity and technical expertise to all project stages, particularly during early design. Manuel’s leadership ensures seamless delivery of complex projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

James has extensive experience in the transportation sector, as well as projects in hospitality, residential, leisure, and commercial sectors.

Since 2001, he has showcased his strategic thinking as an accomplished designer, with expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex project delivery. James excels in stakeholder support, design development, and project management, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.

Elisabetta entered the architecture industry in 1998 as an architectural librarian and bid assistant, later transitioning into design after graduating in 2007.

With strong communication, organisational, and client-facing skills, she excels in design coordination, problem-solving, and creative thinking. Elisabetta’s career shift from broadcasting to architecture has enriched her multidisciplinary approach, bringing a unique blend of creativity and technical knowledge to her projects.

Beatriz has worked on a wide range of projects in the UK and internationally, including aviation, education, culture, offices, and sport.

She entered the industry in 2004 and brings strong design and technical knowledge, along with exceptional team leadership, organisation, and task prioritisation skills.
