Martin specialises in technical delivery and has managed design teams on large-scale buildings, including high-rise, government, defence, offices, hospitals, and transport facilities in the UK and internationally.

A Chartered Architect, he entered the industry in 1987 and focuses on buildability and attention to detail from the outset. With over three decades of experience, Martin has successfully delivered complex projects and is a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy Reserve.

As the Chair of the British Aviation Group, Matthew is an expert in airport masterplanning and the design of terminal buildings.

Since 1997, he has led multidisciplinary design teams on major transportation infrastructure projects and has been integral to some of the UK’s most prestigious and time-sensitive aviation schemes. Gin-Yee Luu is an experienced architect with international project expertise across aviation, education, residential, and leisure sectors. Skilled in sustainable design, including PassivHaus standards, and proficient in BIM and Revit, she delivers high-quality results across all project stages.
