Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Since 2007, Elena has excelled in architectural design and project management, leading diverse projects from residential to large-scale commercial developments.

With expertise in BIM management, she integrates innovation into the design process to optimise outcomes. Elena’s strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative approach ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing budgets and client relationships.

Serra specialises in the aviation and defence sectors, with experience in airport design, master planning, and managing complex project coordination.

Since 2011, Serra has taken on leadership roles in multidisciplinary coordination, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Trained in both Architecture and Urban Planning, she has a deep appreciation for design quality and its impact on the surrounding environment, ensuring every project is sympathetic to its context.

With experience in the architectural industry in the UK since 1999 and the UAE since 2008, Tyrone has played a pivotal role in shaping high-profile projects within the company.
