Since 1997, he has led multidisciplinary design teams on major transportation infrastructure projects and has been integral to some of the UK’s most prestigious and time-sensitive aviation schemes. His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Satinder leads multidisciplinary design teams across Education, Science + Research, Workplace, and Commercial sectors in the UK. He excels in stakeholder management, delivering new build, remodelling, and retrofit schemes with a strong focus on sustainability and client needs.

Since 2000, Satinder has combined his project delivery expertise with technical knowledge to ensure high-quality design and successful project outcomes, making him a key figure in driving sustainable and efficient project solutions.

Diana is a Brazilian-Spanish architect, with an extensive portfolio of international work focusing on transportation projects of varying scales.
 
Since 2008, Diana has built strong client relationships and is known for her communication and teamwork skills, contributing to successful project outcomes. With a MArch in Housing & Urbanism from The Architectural Association, she has applied her thorough approach to all stages of a project, from feasibility to construction.

James has extensive experience in the transportation sector, as well as projects in hospitality, residential, leisure, and commercial sectors.

Since 2001, he has showcased his strategic thinking as an accomplished designer, with expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex project delivery. James excels in stakeholder support, design development, and project management, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.

Christian specialises in sectors including aviation, education, healthcare, and residential, with a focus on delivering complex airport projects.

He began working as an architect in the UK industry in 2014 and has since contributed to both UK and international airport schemes. Christian’s technical expertise and coordination skills have been instrumental in managing complex design teams. Outside of architecture, he is passionate about music and art, actively engaging in painting and playing music.

Justyna specialises in architecture and interior design for complex, large-scale museum and leisure projects, including theming.

She entered the industry in 2006 and has a strong technical background, running projects from concept to completion. Before moving to the UAE, Justyna worked for renowned practices in Germany and the UK. Passionate about BIM, she excels in coordinating with creative consultants and exhibition designers, while being a motivating and decisive team leader.

Ryan specialises in laboratory and higher education design, bringing a strong focus on both conceptual and technical detail to every project.

Since joining the firm in 2000, he has become known for his lateral thinking and meticulous attention to design detail, with a belief that “the architecture is in the detail.” Ryan also excels in client and contractor management, fostering open, cooperative relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.

Manuel is an experienced architectural leader known for his success in large-scale projects.

Since 2012, he has worked in several sectors, such as rail, custodial, and workplace. However, since joining our firm in 2017, he has specialised in aviation, bringing creativity and technical expertise to all project stages, particularly during early design. Manuel’s leadership ensures seamless delivery of complex projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Theresa entered the industry in 2007 and has extensive experience across the aviation, education, residential, leisure, and hospitality sectors in Australia and the UK.

Since joining in 2017, she has excelled in project management, from technical specifications to budget and stakeholder engagement. A mentor for Women in Architecture and Women in BIM, Theresa shares her expertise and knowledge with the next generation, supporting their growth in the industry.
