Since 2012, he has worked in several sectors, such as rail, custodial, and workplace. However, since joining our firm in 2017, he has specialised in aviation, bringing creativity and technical expertise to all project stages, particularly during early design. Manuel’s leadership ensures seamless delivery of complex projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Deborah, a key member of Pascall + Watson since 2006, has extensive experience across aviation, education, rail, and culture.

She played a crucial role in delivering the international airport in Larnaka, Cyprus, and has a strong background in commercial and residential sectors from her time in Dublin. His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.
