His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.
Since 1993, Martin has led some of the world’s largest aviation projects.
He combines exceptional design and technical skills with strong organisational abilities, and delivers innovative solutions in complex environments. He has received numerous national and international design awards for his work across various sectors.
Kristina specialises in managing diverse projects across multiple regions, focusing on fostering strong teamwork and client relations.
Since entering the industry in 2014, she has worked on three continents, demonstrating her ability to tackle new challenges. Justyna specialises in architecture and interior design for complex, large-scale museum and leisure projects, including theming.
She entered the industry in 2006 and has a strong technical background, running projects from concept to completion. Before moving to the UAE, Justyna worked for renowned practices in Germany and the UK.
