MASTERPLANNING

Our exceptional airport planning team brings a wealth of masterplanning expertise, benchmarking analysis and operational knowledge to our projects, combining planning and technical advice with innovative thinking.

We have developed several masterplans for airports ranging from 2mppa to 180mppa. These include the new greenfield site mega airports and small regional airports with very constrained environments.

Our masterplans follow a thorough process of consultation, benchmarking, optioneering, evaluations and cost determination which leads to the selection of the recommended option.

We provide robust masterplans which maximise the use of existing infrastructures and expand the capacity incrementally with the traffic demand and the capital investment plans.

As the Chair of the British Aviation Group, Matthew is an expert in airport masterplanning and the design of terminal buildings.

Since 1997, he has led multidisciplinary design teams on major transportation infrastructure projects and has been integral to some of the UK’s most prestigious and time-sensitive aviation schemes. His work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the US. Matthew is known for his leadership, organisational skills, and extensive technical knowledge, always delivering to plan and within budget.

Julian has accrued extensive experience across the transportation, commercial, hospitality, and cultural sectors since 1993.

He specialises in managing complex projects with multiple interfaces, leveraging his project management expertise to ensure high-quality design and delivery. Julian is actively involved in all design stages, promoting collaboration across client, design, and construction teams.

James has extensive experience in the transportation sector, as well as projects in hospitality, residential, leisure, and commercial sectors.

Since 2001, he has showcased his strategic thinking as an accomplished designer, with expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex project delivery. James excels in stakeholder support, design development, and project management, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
